The personal training that i have received from Jon Sims has been
exceptional, Jon's knowledge base both in personal training-
bodybuilding and dietary requirements in order to achieve your desired
physical appearance is superb, not to mention the drive, desire and
self confidence Jon instills in you to help you achieve your goals. Jon will
listen to your goals and together he will help you to achieve them.
I highly recommend Jon to anyone hoping to achieve there goals in a
very friendly and professional manner!

If there's something you really don't like doing, either in the gym or in a class,
he'll find an alternative, which means it's much easier to stay motivated. I really
feel that having Jon as a personal trainer has made a huge amount of difference
to how well I've progressed and I'd happily recommend him to anyone.'
I really would recommend training sessions with Jon to anyone. Training with Jon gives you the motivation you didn’t realise you had and pushes you beyond what you thought you were capable of physically. I reaped the benefits of the sessions by losing 5lbs and 3% body fat in under a month, whilst also toning up. The sessions are hard work but thoroughly enjoyable and never boring. Sessions are always varied, using a wide range of equipment which resulted in using muscles I didn’t even realise I had! Jon is friendly, encouraging and highly knowledgeable about training and nutrition which benefits you not only in the short term but stays with you for the duration; keeping you focused and motivated. I feel healthier, fitter and more confident about what I can achieve and this is all down to the training sessions and expertise of Jon. I’m really glad I made the decision to have personal training sessions and would recommend anyone else to do the same.
Jon is a dedicated fitness professional, He uses functional fitness techniques and incorporates a range of exercise to help you reach your goal what ever that may be and to push you further. I was working in Torquay for a month and found Jon through internet research, I am glad I chose him to train me and I have already seen improvements in all levels of my fitness in just that month period, he has given me the motivation and confidence to carry on and use different techniques. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be in touch with Jon, he is absolutely professional and friendly.
Thanks to Jon, I have over the last year and a half gone from weighing 80 kilos (at one point) and smoking 14-15 cigarettes a day to being a non-smoker with a body of which I am proud. With Jon's help, I recently won “The 12 Week Fitness Challenge” sponsored by 100% Health and I could not be more pleased. My amazing progress would not have been possible without Jon Sims. He has been with me every step of the way and his knowledge and support have been invaluable. I could not wish for a better trainer. My physical changes have been great, but the mental ones have been even better. Jon is not just my trainer, he is my Coach and he has taught me not only the best way to exercise my body and eat properly but also how to gain and maintain a positive mental attitude. He is an excellent motivator as well as a superb trainer. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
