Surf-fit Boot-camp


Surf-fit is a fitness class based on using all the muscles to keep you fit when not surfing. 

I developed the class a coupe of years ago which was the first of its kind in the country which caught the eye of Workout fitness magazine.

Now we have taken in to the beach, from the pool and having more fitness fun during these summer month.

All fitness levels welcome.

The continual movement of water requires both the core and concentration to work together adding strength to the intricate stabilising muscles that prevent dislocation. These important muscle are often unused in other exercise classes

All or Nothing training is based on where you are and what you have!

This can be from a fully equipped fitness suite, a paddleboard / aquabase to a small office size room.

I've trained clients all over the world in all conditions so everything can be achieved with my online service and your determination.

Insanity classes are a great way to get into shape. HIIT (high intensity interval training) have been proven to improve all areas of fitness training.
